Gear up fast and fight over the good stuff. Loot runs about 3x vanilla and spawns in usable condition, bases lock with code locks and open with breaching charges, and every kill lands on the leaderboard below.

Vanilla DayZ, sharpened for PvP
First person only
No third-person peeking around cover. If you want to see over the wall, you stand up and take the risk like everyone else.
Boosted loot that works
Around 3x vanilla, weighted so rare guns multiply and junk doesn't. Gear spawns in usable condition instead of near-ruined, so what you find is worth carrying.
Bases and raiding
BaseBuildingPlus with code locks, and breaching charges to get through them. Raiding is allowed, leveling a base for fun isn't. Abandoned bases decay on their own, so there are no scheduled wipes.
Modded arsenal
Morty's Weapons, MMG military gear and Advanced Weapon Scopes, all in the world loot pool. The DayZ Launcher installs the mod set for you when you join.
Airdrops
Scheduled drops plus flares players can call in themselves. Either way, expect company at the smoke.
Earn your map
You spawn with a working GPS unit. Switch it on and the map knows where you are, switch it off and it doesn't. Lose it and you're navigating by road signs.
How to connect
Use the DayZ Launcher
Open the standard DayZ Launcher, go to Servers, and search VortexGamingHQ. Or add 135.148.151.157:27018 to favorites. The launcher downloads the mod set automatically on first join, so give it a few minutes.
Pick a spawn town
Fresh spawns choose one of six coastal towns, Chernogorsk to Svetlojarsk. Pick near your friends or near a fight.
Switch the Garmin on
Your starting kit includes a GPS with a battery, a knife, bandages, food and water. Turn the GPS on to see yourself on the map.
Read the rules once
Press PAUSE in game for the full server panel: rules, features and server info. Short version: no cheating, no ghosting, no spawn camping, raid for loot not for spite.
Server rules
A short set of rules keeps the server fair and friendly, and our staff play here and enforce them. You can pull them up in game on the PAUSE panel too.
- No cheating, hacking, duping, or exploiting.
- Be respectful. No harassment, slurs, or hate speech.
- No ghosting.
- No spawn camping the coastal spawn towns.
- Raid for loot, not for spite. Raiding is allowed, leveling a base for fun isn't.
- Listen to staff and follow their direction.
Restarts at midnight and noon Eastern. No wipe schedule.
