Co-op Nazi Zombies on Plutonium
Round-based World at War zombies for up to four players on the free Plutonium client. Our custom mod adds an in-game shop, a points bank and stats that carry across all of our WaW servers, point gifting, a starting bonus, and an end-of-game map vote.
More than vanilla zombies
A classic co-op zombies server with a stack of quality of life extras we built ourselves: an in-game shop, a points bank and stats that follow you across all of our WaW servers, point gifting, a +500 starting bonus each game, and an in-game !commands list.
In-Game Shop
Open it with !shop and spend your points on weapons, up to the Ray Gun and Wunderwaffe DG-2, perks like Juggernog and Speed Cola, power-ups, or Pack-a-Punch on your held gun. Skip the random Mystery Box and buy exactly what you want.
Points Bank
Stash points with !deposit and pull them back with !withdraw. Your balance saves per player and is shared across all of our WaW servers, so it is always waiting when you come back.
Gift Your Squad
Use !gift to hand points to a teammate who is struggling, so nobody gets left behind on a tough round.
Three Servers, One Save
Two servers in North America plus one in Europe (lower ping for EU players). If one is full at four players, hop to another - your bank and stats carry across all three, so it never matters which you join. Your best rounds and kills all land on the same WaW leaderboard.
Type in your own language
Half the point of a four player lobby is talking to each other, and that falls apart the moment somebody doesn't share your language. So chat on our WaW servers translates itself. You type in Spanish, the other three read it in English, and nobody had to do anything. There's no plugin for this in World at War, so we wrote one, and it runs on the server rather than in your game.
Nothing to install
Same Plutonium client as always. Join, type, and the translation turns up a second later as its own line for whoever needs it.
It works out your language
Write a couple of lines and it has you sorted. Around twenty languages so far, Spanish and Polish and Russian among them.
Latin letters only
World at War can't draw Chinese, Russian or Arabic characters. They come out as garbage. So those arrive spelled out in our alphabet instead, which reads fine once you see it.
You pick the next map
We don't lock the server to one map. At the end of every game the whole lobby votes on where to drop next, so the rotation is whatever the players want that night.
Classic Treyarch maps
All four original World at War zombies maps are in the rotation: Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, Shi No Numa, and Der Riese.
Custom maps
Two community maps are in the vote too, McDonald's and Alcatraz, for a change of pace from the classics.
End-of-game vote
When a game ends you get a short window, around 30 seconds, to vote for the next map. The most-voted map wins, and it falls back to Der Riese if nobody picks.
Things that were broken, and what we did
The mod on this server is ours, so when something breaks we can go in and fix it. Report a bug in Discord and it's normally sorted within 24 hours.
Dog rounds that never ended
A hellhound would wander off and die somewhere the game didn't register, and the round would just never end. Zero dogs on the counter, no next round, Nuke did nothing. You sat there or you quit. Fixed on all three WaW servers.
A map that killed the server
One map took the whole server down as it loaded and dumped everyone into a lobby they couldn't join or leave. Took a while to pin down. It's been gated off since.
Fixes don't cost you a run
Updates switch over at the next map change, so a patch never ends your game. Your bank and stats stay synced across all three servers while that happens.
How to connect
First-time Plutonium setup takes a few minutes. After that, you are one console command away from the server.
Own World at War
You need to legally own Call of Duty: World at War on PC. Plutonium is a free client, but it uses your existing game files; it does not include the game.
Install Plutonium
Make a free account at forum.plutonium.pw, download the launcher from plutonium.pw, run it, and log in. In the launcher pick T4 (World at War), click Setup, and point it at your World at War game folder.
Launch the Zombies client
From the launcher, start the T4 Co-Op / Zombies client (not T4 Multiplayer) and hit Play. The game boots into the Plutonium WaW menu.
Connect
Press the console key ~ (the key under Esc), type connect waw.vortexgaminghq.net:28960, and press Enter. If it says unknown command, try /connect waw.vortexgaminghq.net:28960. The North America overflow server is on port 28961, and European players can use our EU server with connect 146.59.93.149:28960 for lower ping. Plutonium's browser has no favorites, so the console is the dependable way in.
Type !commands in chat
Once you are in, type !commands in chat to see the shop, points bank, gifting, and the rest of our server mod.
Server rules
A short set of rules keeps the server fair and friendly, and our staff play here and enforce them.
- No cheating, hacking, or exploiting.
- Be respectful. No harassment, and don't pressure or force other players to leave the game.
- No griefing the co-op: don't down teammates or end the game on purpose.
- Don't abuse the points bank or gifting (no exploits or scamming teammates).
- No mic spam, and listen to staff.
- Keep it fun for the whole lobby.

Grab a few friends, run the connect command, and see how many rounds you survive.
